A special shoot for me as my goddaughter has taken new heights. She literally has taken new heights above me! It's been a fast heartfelt dream watching her grow. She has built a solid foundation in faith, school, music, volleyball and friendships. Her first love will always be her family, and I know life will take her far, but home will always be important to her. She will continue to discover wonderful layers within her self and share them with the world. She is beautiful, witty, wicked smart, talented, and kind. She is so humble she doesn't know how pretty she is. Watch out world. VANYA is coming and I'm not sure anyone can contain her amazingness. 

Seattle Maternity Photoshoot

I've had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful mom to be prior to her pregnancy, and now I get to capture this moment. Makes my heart happy, knowing what's to come for her. And I get tired too, because, I know, that you know, those first months are super tiring. Ughh. Like ridiculous, I can't even believe this baby can make me soooo tired. She's winning. How?! ok, I did tell her to cherish. every. moment. Even the exhausting ones. 

The Gillen Crew

Any time spent with this group is always busy, crazy, but always fun. They keep surprising me every time I talk to them. And this time they surprised me with the news they are expecting. If I had to guess I would say the husband used every trick in the book to get her to say yes to that one. Can't wait to meet little Gillen.

Gina and Chance

These two have a special bond. He's goofy...she's goofier. Is that possible?!  And is goofier a word? Yes! She knows how to connect with her boy by having fun and letting loose. Don't fool me, all this play tires them out and bedtime is EARLY in their household. This Queen Anne portrait session took place at their house. Relaxed vibe and we had to include Arizona, their protective lab.
